I started practising yoga at 11. Since, it has become an intrinsic part of my life.
My Asana practice has allowed me to reconnect with my breath, body and heart. I endeavour to help others to find their connection. 

My classes are about enjoying the moment we have decided to spend on the mat. I draw on my experience of teaching in a school and my study of the natural environment.
